misleading title

I have completely come to grips with how hard a 4:25 is. I thought it was much easier than it really is. Essentially I not only need everthing to be perfect, I need to be a different athlete. I believe it is possible,just not there yet. Swim - 30 Bike - 2:23 Run - 1:27 That is F'ing hard! New goal is 4:39 Swimm - 33 Bike 2:27 Run 1:35 Still REALLY hard, but absolutely possible.
