It has been quite a while since I typed anything regarding my training. 2010 started off awesome, but it never really ended up being great. Same exscuses, same outcome. I wasn't focused, plan and simple. That will change.
Looking at 2011, I am really excited. My base is already very high and I am going to crush it next year. I don't have to go for ridiculously long rides or runs, so I am going to nail all the workouts.
Swim - Need to spend the time in the pool. My attitude towards swimming has changed and I will get better.
BIke - I love riding more and more. That alone will equate to faster times. Power is the key focus for the off season
Run - It continues to get better, but I am going to move to the top of the list. I am a strong runner now, but I will train to be an elite.
